Description
Matcha in Motion is a calming afternoon designed for women-identifying students to slow down, stretch, and reset through Pilates and matcha.
Join us at the TV Lounge in the Student Centre for a guided Pilates session led by The Good Core, a Black women-owned yoga and Pilates studio, followed by complimentary matcha from Farida’s Fix to help you refuel and unwind.
This free event runs from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM and includes two limited-capacity sessions:
• Session 1: 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM
• Session 2: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Matcha will be served to participants after their Pilates session, and attendees will also have the chance to win a free class at The Good Core.
Spots are limited, registration is required, and participants may sign up for one session only.
