🦐 **BOIL SEASON IS BACK, Y’ALL** 🦐
Quick question before we get started…
**Are you a 1-pound person or a 2-pound person?**
(No judgment here… but we can all see you.)
The pots are coming out and we’re getting after it, y'all!
I’ll be set up at **Max Jr Mini Mart** on **April 11 starting at 1PM**, and we’ll roll **until we sell out**.
This one is the **classic boil get down**, just centered around shrimp.
**Options:**
🦐 **Shrimp Boil**
🦀 **Shrimp + Crab Legs Boil** *(still debating if the crab legs are making the roster, but I’m leaning toward yes because I like y’all)*
Everything will be served in **pound increments** and comes with the proper **fixins**:
- Potatoes
- Corn
- Smoked Sausage
- A Big ol scoop of Chef Szymon's Cornbread Pudding
Basically everything you need to make a proper mess of the table and question whether you brought enough napkins.
All soaked in that boil and coming out the pot **hot, sloppy, and absolutely worth the trouble.**
And of course…
🍞 **Cornbread pudding** will be available, as a side as well, because apparently some of y’all would riot if it wasn’t.

I always bring extra — **how much extra is and will always be a mystery**… so if you want to guarantee your seafood, **PREORDER**.
Any extras get slung **first come, first served until the pots are empty.**
