Every 3rd Thursday of the month

A sacred time and space to connect, move our bodies, sing, share, breathe, and be witnessed in your authentic expression.

Each month we collectively decide on a theme as a place to ground into.

This month’s theme: Ancestors

Please bring something that reminds you of your ancestors; a poem, song, picture , trinket, symbol , food to share, etc.

We will be outside on our back deck, so please dress comfortably, bring a mug, journal, and something comfortable to sit on (blanket, cushion, ect.)

Suggested donation $10-20
