Join us July 2nd for the 2nd Annual Corpus Christi Mayoral Big Bang Fajita Cookoff! Your entry includes roughly 2lbs of Prime Outside Skirt provided by Boarri Craft Butchery, a case of Nueces Brewing brew, and your spot to compete! Cash Prizes! Live Music! Set up as early as 11am. Judging is at 4pm.
Teams can pick up their meat 24hrs in advance (June 1st).
Bring your own barbecue set up, shade, spices and seasoning. Decorate your booth with the most Independence Day flare you can muster. Enjoy the festivities, entertain the crowds, share your creations. Cook up the best beef fajita and submit it too the judges. Mayor Paulette M. Guajardo will be our special quest judge!
