Description

A classic Southern love story. Maytag Virgin follows Alabama school teacher Lizzy Nash and her new neighbor Jack Key over the year following the tragic death of Lizzy’s husband. The play explores the ideas of inertia and self-enlightenment and the bridge between the two.

ALPHARETTA COVID POLICY:

ACT1 Theater will require guests to follow its COVID policy and procedures, including:

  1. Masks for everyone except performers while performing (we recommend but do not require N95 or KN95 masks) AND
  2. Proof of vaccine OR negative COVID test within 48 hours of curtain time. 

We will have enhanced cleaning and sanitation between live performances. 

Note that the City of Alpharetta does not require masks, proof of vaccine or negative COVID tests to enter City Facilities, but honors COVID policy requests from partnered events and programs.
