In partnership with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), MBP is proud to be able to offer select clients the comprehensive Professional CM (PCM) Course!
Who is this course for?
All levels of experience are welcome! The PCM course will benefit those wanting sound basic construction management skills, as well as more experienced professionals seeking a refresher or continuing education. It is also recommended by CMAA as helpful preparation for the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) exam.
What is included?
The PCM Course offers a curriculum centered around CMAA’s body of knowledge and focuses on the core competencies of Construction Management. Modules include:
- Introduction
- Professional Practice
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Time Management
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Quality Management
- Sustainability
- Cost Management & Value Engineering
- Safety & Risk Management
Each course will be taught by MBP instructors with extensive hands-on CM experience who have been authorized to teach CMAA’s Body of Knowledge.
The course will take place from January 9-13, 2023, at the following times:
M, T – 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
W, Th, F – 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
