Community is medicine. When we gather in a circle, we do so with intention. We sit. With each other, with Mother Cacao, a heart opening medicine. We receive, and we open.
As we open, so too does the space. Umeya begins with a rattle cleanse, a practice inherited from her Mother’s lineage and blended with the teachings of Post-Tribal Shamanism. The rattle cleanse allows her to open the sacred directions, honoring the spirits of the land and the ancestors of all those in attendance.
There will be guided meditation, shamanic drumming, song/prayer, and hands-on healing, accompanied by a gentle sound bath by Arseniy.
Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing; yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided. Jewelry, tools, and tokens are welcome upon the altar. 💛
