I hold weekly sessions every Thursday @ 7pm - 8pm during the school term. Term 4, 2023 is for the duration of 10 weeks starting 5th October - 7th December.
Meditation is relaxing the body and calming the mind. It means “mindfulness” which is paying attention to the present moment with an open non-judgmental attitude.
You will go from a “doing mode” into a “being mode”.
It has many benefits such as:
