Meditation is relaxing the body and calming the mind. It means “mindfulness” which is paying attention to the present moment with an open non-judgmental attitude.
You will go from a “doing mode” into a “being mode”.
It has many benefits such as:

- Enhance your qualities of empathy and compassion
It can optimize:
- How we are
- Who we are
- What we have to offer
- Expands one’s awareness and connectedness
- Quieting of the noise from normal daily mental activity
