I hold weekly online sessions via zoom every Wednesday @ 7.45pm - 8.30pm during the school term. Term 3 2022 is for the duration of 8 weeks.
Sessions will be held on July 13, 20, 27, August 3, 10, 17, Sept 7, 14 No sessions will be held August 24 or 31
Meditation is relaxing the body and calming the mind. It means “mindfulness” which is paying attention to the present moment with an open non-judgmental attitude. You will go from a “doing mode” into a “being mode”.
It has many benefits such as:

- Cultivating a sharper mind
- Enhance your qualities of empathy and compassion
