Description
I facilitate meditation from my home studio located in Beaconsfield Upper where I create a space for you to honour yourself, the full address will be given in your confirmation email. Term 4 will run for 10 weeks starting 9th October until 11th December 2025. Each session has a different theme where I may incorporate, nature, universe, beach, forest, crystals and more. We always start with a 20 min relaxation meditation followed by a guided journey meditation.
Meditation is relaxing the body and calming the mind. It means “mindfulness” which is paying attention to the present moment with an open non-judgmental attitude.
You will go from a “doing mode” into a “being mode”.
