In this chef-led demonstration, you’ll watch as a beautiful spread of classic mezze dishes comes together, from creamy dips and crisp salads to perfectly seasoned small plates. Learn the techniques behind balancing bold herbs, bright citrus, rich olive oils, and warm spices, all while discovering how these dishes are meant to be enjoyed—gathered around the table with good company.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
