Enjoy an onstage conversation between actor, writer, and woodworker Nick Offerman and morning co-anchor of NBC4 Today, Matt Barnes. Nick Offerman is the author of Paddle Your Own Canoe, Gumption, Where the Deer and the Antelope Play, and Good Clean Fun. Book sale hosted by Birdie Books.

8pm - Book sale; book signing for those with $60 tickets (3-book limit; no paraphernalia, no photos)

FAQs

Where can I park? There is visitor parking available next to Cowan Hall (access via College Ave). Other campus parking can be found via this map. Visitors can also park at the Westerville Public Library and walk to Cowan Hall (walking distance: approx. 7 minutes). 

Will masks be required? This will be dependent on the author's preference and local public health guidance. Check back here on the event date for the most updated information. 

Where is my ticket? A ticket is attached to your confirmation email. Please bring a digital or printed copy to the event for entry. If necessary, you can reprint your tickets here

Can I choose my seat? You will be able to select your seat from the seating chart when purchasing your ticket. For those wishing to sit together, it is recommended that you purchase your tickets together via the same order. 

How long will the book signing take? Please note that book signings take time. These are large events and the author is given the opportunity to interact with guests as they choose. Staff are trained to keep the line moving as efficiently as possible. Restrictions for signing are subject to the author, their management or event circumstances.

Can accommodations be made for guests with disabilities? Yes. For wheelchair accessibility, select a seat with the wheelchair icon (located near the back of the first floor) when making your purchase. For hearing impaired, an ASL translator will be present on stage. For those needing seats near the stage or for additional assistance, , seating options without stairs, please contact us at 614-882-7277 option 4 or ask@westervillelibrary.org.

What is your refund policy? At this time, we are unable to offer a refund. All sales are final.

Can I get my book signed without purchasing a ticket? No. To be eligible for the book signing, you must purchase a $60 ticket to the event.

Can I buy a ticket at the door? If the event is not yet full, you may purchase a ticket onsite. Please know that there are a limited number of seats and that ticket availability may be limited. No entry is allowed without a ticket.

Are food and drink allowed in the auditorium? No, only water is allowed.
