FREE FAMILY EVENT
The Mega Heart Event, hosted at the Wellness Institute in Winnipeg on February 22, 2026, is a family-friendly event focused on women's heart health but with something for everyone! .
The event features a variety of engaging activities including 2 km and 5 km track walks, Zumba sessions, CPR/AED hands on demonstrations, a science corner with real heart displays, speaker panels, and interactive games for kids plus more!
Attendees can participate in Heart Bingo for a chance to win a $500+ gift basket, explore educational booths, and see a firetruck / ambulance parade with the opportunity to visit the firetruck. There is also a photo booth with an instant photo.
The initiative emphasizes prevention, awareness, and community engagement under the themes #HerHeartMatters and #ItsAboutLife
