Description

A chair based workout inspired by Dance & Yoga. The class is for the over 60s who are wanting to stay active & mobile. Come dance and sing along to great songs with Meg!

You will be booking for classes which will be taking place at Ushaw on: 

  • Tuesday 1st June
  • Tuesday 8th June
  • Tuesday 15th June
  • Tuesday 22nd June

Standard adult includes 4 sessions + purchase of an individual Annual Pass, prices are: 

Adult Annual Pass holder £20 for 4 sessions  

Adult Non Pass holders (local DH7 7 or DH7 9)- £25 including an individual Annual Pass

Adult Non Pass holder - £35 including an individual Annual Pass

Admission charges by either Annual or Day Pass are payable for all visitors
