Session 3 - Mental Health & Sustainability - Launch Pad 2026 - Autumn Session
Continue the Launchpad 2026 Autumn Session with Mental Health & Sustainability for Artists, presented by DT Productions, the Kelowna Arts Council, and Marmalade Cat. This third session runs Monday, November 3rd from 4:30–7:30pm and features special guest Aidan Mayes — a singer/songwriter and mental health advocate. Together, we’ll explore how to maintain good mental health practices both at home and on the road, focusing on the importance of community, stepping offline, breaking routine to spark creativity, diet, exercise, and more.
Admission includes a dinner prepared by Marmalade Cat. Tickets are $65 or included in the four-session package.
