THIS EVENT IS WEATHER-PERMITTING. TETHERED BALLOON RIDES CAN BE PURCHASED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. TICKETS ARE PRICED PER VEHICLE AND INCLUDE PARKING AND ENTRY TO THE EVENT FOR EVERYONE IN YOUR VEHICLE. GUESTS MUST PRE-REGISTER TO ATTEND AND TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE GATE.
FACE COVERINGS ARE ARE NOT REQUIRED AT OUR EVENTS, BUT WE DO ASK THAT YOU BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS WHEN IN CLOSE PROXIMITY.
Admission is charged per vehicle to offer the best possible value and to limit capacity for comfort, safety, and enjoyment. TICKET UPGRADES - SELECT LOCATIONS ONLY
The Champagne Club will grant you access to an exclusive seating area to include climate-controlled restrooms. Upon arrival, you will receive a champagne toast plus seating with a great view of the main glow (taking place at 8pm). Weather permitting, Champagne Club guests will receive a complimentary tethered ride in one of our modern hot air balloons with ADA access. **The balloon ride is complimentary and this ticket will not be refunded if weather conditions do not cooperate as guests who purchase this ticket option are paying for private seating, upgraded restrooms and hospitality**
We are pleased to offer additional hospitality via the exclusive Pilot Club. This area features private climate-controlled restrooms, exclusive Terrace seating, hot appetizers and a champagne toast upon arrival. Weather permitting, Pilot Club guests will receive a complimentary tethered ride in one of our modern hot air balloons with ADA access. **The balloon ride is complimentary and this ticket will not be refunded if weather conditions do not cooperate as guests who purchase this ticket option are paying for private seating, upgraded restrooms and hospitality**
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
This event is strictly capacity-controlled. Due to Covid-19, we may be required to operate under additional guidelines and protocols. As such, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel this event subject to advice from local health officials and in communication with the County and State, who issue the permits for this event to take place. If the event is cancelled, your booking will be switched to the replacement dates. Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where the public are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to the virus at this event. This event will follow CDC guidelines and ask all guests to socially distance from other groups. Guests MUST preregister before attending - there will be no tickets sold at the gate.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*This event is rain or shine. The event (food vendors, retail vendors, Kids Zone etc.) will operate regardless of weather conditions. Hot air balloons cannot and will not inflate in rain or high winds due to safety reasons; although the event is rain or shine, this does not ensure that you will see inflated hot air balloons. Safety will always be our first priority. Car passes are valid on the date specified only and cannot be transferred to other days or dates so please take care when ordering.
*Tickets purchased are are strictly non-refundable.
*All guests experiencing tethered balloon rides must first check in at our waiver desk to sign a liability release waiver. Here you will be given a token to hand to your balloon pilot when you ride. Without a token, you will be unable to ride. Your unique ride token will also serve as a voucher at a future event should balloon rides not take place due to poor weather conditions.
*All pre-booked tethered balloon ride guests must check in by 7pm each evening.
*Balloon activity is subject to suitable weather conditions. Should balloon activity be postponed, balloon ride tickets will be valid at future Easy Events Group / Balloon Glow Tour events and / or rain-out dates to be held if and as required.
*We only sell enough advance tethered ride tickets to account for around one hour of operation. If we lose a day or two to weather, this allows us to guarantee that all pre-purchased tickets can be processed on other days of the festival.
*Tethered rides will begin as close to 5pm as weather conditions permit and will operate until 9pm or until weather conditions dictate. We will extend operating hours if required due to a weather delay / late start.
*Gates open at 5:00pm. These events can be very busy and may result in traffic congestion outside of the venue and/or lines for food/beverages/balloon rides. The best way to avoid congestion is to purchase in advance and follow advice and guidance on our social media channels and guest communications. THERE IS STRICTLY NO ENTRY ALLOWED TO THE EVENT AFTER AFTER 7PM.
*Balloon activity may be delayed or curtailed by the weather - please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates on weather conditions and event information.
*The main balloon glow typically consists of ten to fifteen balloons. The main glow will last around one hour.
*Picnic blankets and camping chairs are permitted. No coolers or outside food/drinks permitted. Security checks will be in operation.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome at this event. All pets much be on a leash.
*All of our events are strictly non-smoking - please consider others and exit the park if you choose to smoke. Thanks for your kindness!

CANCELATION POLICY
IF AN EVENT IS ENTIRELY CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS OR WEATHER, ALL TICKETS ARE MOVED TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE IN THAT EVENT LOCATION. IF THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, YOU CAN TRANSFER TICKETS TO OTHER BALLOON GLOW TOUR EVENTS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED ON THE BASIS THAT IF AN EVENT IS CANCELED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS OR WEATHER, THE VENUE, PERMITTING AUTHORITY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, INSURANCE ETC. DO NOT ALWAYS PROVIDE OUR COMPANY WITH REFUNDS. YOU PURCHASE TICKETS IN FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AND OTHER POLICIES STATED ABOVE.

The Balloon Glow Tour is the largest producer of hot air balloon events and promotions in the United States.
Hot air ballooning is subject to safe weather conditions. If weather conditions are not safe, the balloons will not inflate but other activities will take place regardless.
All tickets sold online are NON REFUNDABLE. This is because we do not receive a refund on venue, insurance, toilets, hotel rooms etc. if it rains or is too windy for balloons.
If balloons cannot be inflated due to weather, ride tickets can be used at the next event at this location or at any other Balloon Glow Tour location.
