Join us February 23 at 6pm to celebrate local, Michigan brews and farms! Le Cheile is teaming up with City Built Brewing Company to bring you a five-course, hyper-local menu, featuring City Built beer pairings:
Short Rib Garnachas
braised beef short ribs, sweet onion, corn tortilla, chipotle salsa, pickled cabbage, queso fresco

Sopa de Hongos
local shiitake, cremini & oyster mushrooms, smoked tomato, garlic, lard, epazote
Pairing: Premium Select Golden
Smoked Pork Tamale
smoked pork shoulder, sweet potato, leek, Madre Masa heirloom masa, banana leaf, smoked chiltomate sauce
Pairing: Mi Gente
Lamb Mole Coloradito
braised lamb, rojo chiquito beans, butternut squash,mole coloradito, cotija
Pairing: Livin’ Rich
Mexican Chocolate Flan
traditional flan infused with Mexican chocolate

The meal will feature produce, proteins, and other ingredients from local farmers and producers. When developing our menus, we do our best to consider common allergens and restrictions, while staying true to the ingredients and their farmers.
