Description
This fun program helps kids move, breathe, and share in a safe and supportive space. Kids will be guided through a "worry chat" to name our feelings, then jump into "wiggle time" with stretching and breathing, followed by a fun and easy yoga session. After a peaceful mini meditation, we will enjoy a story and finish with a craft. It's the perfect mix of mindfulness and movement incorporated into story time. Registration required.
