Take a few hours to relax and rejuvenate with a mini-wellness retreat that incorporates Vinyasa Yoga and Sound healing.
Beginning with a gentle guided meditation to relax, followed by Beginner’s gentle vinyasa yoga, themed towards self love, acceptance and soothing the mind, body, spirit connection. Discover balance, serenity and inner calm. Ending meditation is a gentle guided journey through the forest.
We will take a brief break to enjoy light refreshments.

A Sound Bath is a deeply meditative experience where you are immersed in sound waves. This vibrational experience instantly calms the mind chatter and resets the nervous system helping the body, mind and spirit realign.
The sound bath will begin with a guided meditation to help you fully relax and achieve a deeply meditative state. Then multiple healing instruments will be played to bathe you in vibrations to promote balance. These instruments include crystal singing bowls, bronze singing bowls, tuning forks, a buffalo drum, shakers, steel tongue drum, chimes, and gong. The sound bath will conclude with a moment of silence and reintegration and to help you assimilate to your new state of being. p
You'll experience a sound bath lying down on the floor. Please dress comfortably, bring your own mat, pillow, blanket and any other items you might want to make you comfortable.
