Get ready to dance the night away and compete for a $1000 prize at the Miracles for Miles Dance Marathon!

Join the dance party as a competitor or just for the fun of it.

General admission gets you into the party, plenty of room to dance and take part in the games and fun.

To be in the competition participants must purchase the Dance Marathon ticket to be eligible for the $1000 prize. Participants must be registered and on the floor no later than 6:45pm to be included in the event.

The Miracles for Miles Dance Marathon will have 100 spots for a $1000 prize.

The rules are simple, 7pm-11pm do not stop moving.

1. The Movement Rule: Participants must remain in rhythmic motion at all times. "Motion" is defined as shifting weight from foot to foot, dancing, or continuous arm/body movement.

2. The No-Stationery Rule: Standing still for more than 5 seconds will result in a Yellow Card. Two Yellow Cards equal a Red Card (disqualification from the prize).

3. The No-Contact Rule: Participants may not sit, kneel, or lean against walls, chairs, or other participants for support.

4. Hydration/Fueling: Participants must consume water and snacks while remaining in motion. No "sitting breaks" for eating are permitted.

5. Judging: All disqualifications are at the sole discretion of the Dance Marshals. Arguing with a Marshal is grounds for immediate removal.

6. The Final Hour: If more than one person is still dancing at the 4-hour mark, a "Dance Off" or "Increased Intensity" round will determine the winner of the $1,000.

Organized by BERKSHIRE RUNNING FOUNDATION - this is a fundraiser for the Boston Children's Hospital via Tony Riello running the Boston Marathon

The Stationery Factory

The Stationery Factory, located in the heart of beautiful Berkshire County of western Massachusetts, is a converted industrial building that most recently housed the former Crane & Co. stationery division. In addition to the multiple event and performance spaces, the building also contains many other local businesses and artisans, including a restaurant.

TICKET PRICING

Most events have now moved over to "all in" pricing which means what you see is what you pay.

Example: on a $25 concert ticket, you pay $25, we absorb the processing costs and collect around $22.50

FOOD & DRINK

The Stationery Factory concert spaces both have a full bar available when appropriate.

The Stationery Cafe (located in venue) serves fresh organic popcorn, giant soft pretzels, hot & iced espresso beverages, lattes, mochas, chai and other assorted teas as well as other light snacks.

The Shire Tavern (located downstairs in the building) is another great choice for folks looking for a more complete dining option.

*The Stationery Factory uses washable glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery when possible and items like biodegradable cups, straws etc. in an effort cut down on single use plastics.

PARKING

There is approximately 100 parking spaces around the building. Street parking is permitted but please stay away from intersections to allow emergency vehicles enough room to pass. The Dalton CRA (located across the street) has graciously offered some space in their lot for overflow parking as well.
