Description
Budding Heads presents the first production of their 2025/2026 season, Miss Julie by August Strindberg. This naturalist play written in 1888 centers around Julie, an aristocratic young woman, and Jean, her father’s valet, during Midsummer Eve celebrations on a rural estate. The play unfolds in the kitchen of the manor and explores themes of gender, class, and power dynamics. The play will run for one weekend at The Phoenix Theater from October 23rd to October 26th. Performances listed below (subject to change).
