Description
Every year on MLK Day, we gather to put our hands to work! Join us to honor MLK's legacy of service and to be part of repairing the world.
This year, we’ll be making blankets with Project Linus! With chapters in all 50 states, Project Linus supports over 80,000 volunteers in collecting and donating an average of 350 monthly blankets for local children in hospitals, shelters, and social and service agencies. We’ll start our morning with light breakfast and text study about our obligation to help others and then we’ll put our hands to work making blankets for kids in hospitals. Please join us!
This project is best suited for those ages 5+.
