Description

Austin Sketch Fest and Out of Bounds Comedy Festival are proud to present this unique, one-off opportunity.

The legendary comedic actress will share the tools that help develop nuanced, original characters for your personal performance repertoire. Whether for improv or scripted work, this three-hour intensive will broaden the range of your work and get you thinking about how to build character in a different way.

This class will help ColdTowne fundraising efforts to acquire a new permanent theater and classroom space. EARLY BIRD PRICING of $100 is available through September 16th.

MO COLLINS was born and raised in Minnesota where started her improv and sketch career with Dudley Riggs Brave New Workshop in Minneapolis.

In 1998 she moved to LA where she landed a spot on MADtv, giving birth to many unforgettable characters such as Lorraine, Doreen Larkin (Stuart's Mother), Trina and many more.

Post MADtv, Mo performed on hit shows such as Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Parks and Recreation as scandal-wrangler “Joan Callamezzo,” and in movies playing “Gyna” in 40-Year Old Virgin. Mo spent the past few years “stirring up the beef” on Fear The Walking Dead, as well as voicing multiple characters on Bill Burr's animated series F is For Family.
