Join us at Tablespoon as we host Chef Brad Greenhill of Detroit’s renowned Takoi Thai, making a special stop on their 10-Year Anniversary Tour! Known for its modern take on Thai cuisine, Takoi blends Michigan’s seasonal produce with bold, creative flavors. In this exclusive class, Chef Brad will guide us through recreating some of his signature restaurant dishes at home. You’ll learn how to make Thai curry paste from scratch and turn it into a flavorful Thai curry, bringing the essence of Takoi right to your kitchen.
