Description
Join us for a vibrant afternoon of chamber music featuring the Morning Ensembles and the Precollege Chamber Orchestra of the Pierrot Chamber Music Festival, part of our 45th Anniversary Season. This performance showcases the dedication, growth, and artistry of our precollege musicians as they bring their collaborative work to the stage.
All performances will take place in the Concert Hall at the Adelphi University Performing Arts Center, offering a focused and engaging listening experience. Under the direction of Douglas Aliano, the Precollege Chamber Orchestra anchors the program, joined by chamber ensembles that have been carefully coached by our distinguished faculty throughout the festival.
The program will feature a diverse selection of repertoire spanning multiple styles and eras, highlighting both small ensemble collaboration and the unified sound of the chamber orchestra. Each performance reflects the musical development, discipline, and expressive depth cultivated during the festival experience.
This concert is a celebration of emerging talent and the power of mentorship—offering audiences a firsthand look at the next generation of musicians as they continue the Pierrot tradition of excellence.
