You are Invited!
I am so excited to be offering a morning sound bath at Sapphire and Sage in Elko. These experiences are truly magical.
Sound Healing is an ancient technic used to help your body, mind, and spirit. The sound frequencies used by my crystal singing bowls use the water in your body to start to repair cells, detox stagnant or negative energy, and realign your nervous system; all while you do nothing and relax. How do you beat that? Do nothing; yes please.
All you need is an open heart and mind. Please feel free to bring any items that make you the most comfortable or relaxed. I do recommend a yoga mat (maybe 2) or a folding chair; we will be on concrete. Wear comfortable clothes and drink lots of water. You might also want a pillow, blanket, sleep mask, or your journal.
These meditations are about an hour long and I will only talk at the beginning and the end. The meditation is solely for you and your healing journey.
