Mosaic Pendants Workshop

Join us for an exciting and creative afternoon at Craftopia with master Mosaic Artist, Barbara Henderson of Henderson Arts.  This event is designed for ages 16+ and participants will be able to make two pendants that can be used as necklaces, keychains, or anything else you can think of.

What is Mosaic Pendants Workshop?

This workshop aims to teach adults the art of creating mosaic pendants. Mosaics require patience, precision, and a sense of creativity. This event will guide you in using small pieces of colored glass, stone, or other materials to create your own stunning pendants.

Why should you join?

Whether you're entirely new to mosaic art or an experienced artist looking to explore the medium further, this workshop offers an engaging and hands-on experience in a small class setting. The workshop will be led by experienced mosaic artists Barbara Henderson who will guide you through the process. By the end of the event, you'll have the skills and knowledge to create your own unique mosaic pendants, and you'll be able to take home your creations.

Craftopia is an arts and craft studio dedicated to expanding access to arts and crafts in our community regardless of age, experience or financial abilities.

We realize that there is truly a lack of opportunities to explore different art and craft styles - especially for adults - in our area. We hope to create a safe space where the community can come together to explore different forms and mediums and connect with other creatives.

We look forward to providing our community with group classes, individual/private lessons, art and craft parties, and a fun co-working space in our new location. This location also allows us to have a retail shop to showcase local artist's creations for sale.
