About Kristen Morgan
Kristen Morgan is a devoted wife, proud mother of three daughters, and a powerhouse professional who believes that a woman’s greatest strength lies in embracing exactly who she is. As a full-time working woman navigating the many layers of motherhood, business, and faith, Kristen has built her life around one core mission: to empower women to show up fully and unapologetically in every space they enter.
With over 20 years of leadership and management experience, Kristen has coached women one-on-one, served as a trusted mentor, and spoken on numerous panels—offering insight, encouragement, and no-nonsense guidance to women from all walks of life. Whether through professional coaching, Bible studies, networking groups, or live events, she creates environments where women are seen, accepted, and supported.
Her belief is simple but profound: being yourself is powerful—and necessary. Kristen encourages women to embrace both their strengths and their struggles, and to use every part of their journey as fuel for success.
Through every project, Kristen brings intention and heart. Whether she’s building a business, mentoring mothers, or hosting a transformative event, her goal remains the same: to help women rise, own their voice, and walk boldly in their purpose.
