Join the Movement Workshop by Yun Theatre! Inspired by the style of Frantic Assembly, this workshop focuses on exploring communication, awareness, and trust through physical movement and interaction. Renowned for its physical theater techniques and innovative collaborative creation process, Frantic Assembly has inspired this workshop to delve into the understanding of body language, spatial awareness, and teamwork through a series of thoughtfully designed activities. Activities include rhythm-based name games, movement exercises crossing the circle, "Push Hands" practices, as well as foundational techniques in bearing and lifting weights, aiming to enhance participants' skills in non-verbal communication, co-creation, and dynamic spatial collaboration. Through this workshop, participants will experience theater creation in the style of Frantic Assembly, uncover new pathways for creative expression, and explore physical connections with others in a safe, supportive environment.
