Description
In a small group environment join in healing from the grief and trauma that pains you. In this workshop 2 hour workshop series, you will open with gentle breathing, then transition into movements to release the grief and trauma trapped in your body, the session will end with an immersion of sound to further process and release the emotions that no longer serve you.
Each session will focus on a common grief emotional experience. Transforming:
Session 1: Anger into Purpose
Session 2: Sadness into Love
Session 3: Fear into Courage
Session 4: Guilt into Grace
Session 5: Anxiety into Peace
Session 6:: Depression into Hope
Sessions will be lead by Alix Walker, Yoga Teacher, Coach specializing in inner child healing, releasing trauma stored in the body, calming the nervous system, PTSD, and individuals in need of pain relief.
