Enjoy an evening of Viennese drama and grandeur, where elegance and intensity meet in two masterworks of the Classical and Romantic traditions. Internationally acclaimed pianist Joyce Yang brings her poetic sensitivity and commanding virtuosity to Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor, and the program finishes with Brahms’s monumental Symphony No. 1 in C minor, a work decades in the making and often hailed as “Beethoven’s Tenth.”
