08:00 AM: Takbeerat & Preparation
08:30 AM: Eid Al-Adha Prayer & Khutbah
09:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Social Gathering & Celebration
Highlights:
Food vendors: A variety of vendors to choose from. (Please bring card or etransfer for food vendors)
Sweets & Snacks: Sudanese tea, coffee (Jabana), and Eid cookies (Ka'ak).
Kids' Entertainment: Activities and Eidiya gifts.
Music & Culture: Celebrate our heritage with the local Sudanese community in Mississauga.
Games: Games for all ages and prizes to be won!

Booking Terms & Membership Policy
Member Priority Access: Due to limited venue capacity, priority is given to MSCCA 2026 registered members. Membership ensures you have the first opportunity to secure your spot.
Database Cross-Check: After purchase, all "Member" tickets will be cross-referenced with the MSCCA 2026 Database.
Automatic Revocation: If a ticket is purchased at the Member rate and the name does not match an active 2026 membership, the ticket will be revoked and the purchase price will be refunded to make space for verified members.
Door Verification: All attendees must present their tickets at the entrance. We will be performing a final membership and ID check at the door on the day of the event.
Membership Breach: Any attempt to misuse membership privileges or provide member-only pricing to non-members is a breach of MSCCA policy. In such cases, the individual’s membership will be revoked immediately.
Capacity Notice: Once the venue capacity is reached, no further tickets will be issued. We strongly recommend booking early.
شروط الحجز وسياسة العضوية
أولوية الأعضاء: نظرًا لمحدودية استيعاب القاعة، ستكون الأولوية لأعضاء الجمعية السودانية الكندية بمسيسجا (MSCCA) المسجلين لعام 2026. تضمن لك العضوية الفرصة الأولى لتأمين مكانك.
مراجعة قاعدة البيانات: بعد عملية الشراء، سيتم مراجعة جميع تذاكر "الأعضاء" ومطابقتها مع قاعدة بيانات أعضاء MSCCA لعام 2026.
الإلغاء التلقائي: في حال شراء تذكرة بسعر العضو والاسم غير مدرج كعضو نشط لعام 2026، سيتم إلغاء التذكرة واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع تلقائيًا لإتاحة الفرصة للأعضاء المستحقين.
التدقيق عند الدخول: يجب على جميع الحضور إبراز التذاكر عند المدخل. سنقوم بإجراء فحص نهائي للعضوية والهوية عند الباب في يوم الفعالية.
مخالفة شروط العضوية: أي محاولة لإساءة استخدام امتيازات العضوية أو منح أسعار الأعضاء لغير الأعضاء تعتبر مخالفة لسياسة الجمعية. في هذه الحالات، سيتم إلغاء عضوية الشخص المعني فوراً.
تنبيه بخصوص العدد: بمجرد اكتمال العدد الاستيعابي للقاعة، لن يتم إصدار أي تذاكر إضافية. ننصح بشدة بالحجز المبكر.
