Description

Multicultural Storytelling is a powerful tool used to build bridges, heal wounds, and grow communities while promoting empathy and understanding.  It's also a conduit for preserving heritage and culture.  Stories pass on the history and lessons we inherit from our ancestors.

Decee uses stories to explore and celebrate cultural groups, enhance our education, and promote a society that values and understands its collective heritage.  Attendees are asked to bring a recommended reading list, a personal story, and the spirit of adventure.

Decee, an Urban Griot, has over 20 years of experience. See website for detailed bio and schedule.
