Join us as we learn about the fabulous world of fungi! A Mushroom Foraging Class has sprouted out of the classroom at Roots & Vine Food Hub!
Saturday, September 19th from 1pm-3pm
Cost: $20
Mr. Mushroom Man from Peotone and Mrs. Mushroom, Patrick and Melora Bales will be teaching us the finer facts of fungi. Come learn about seasonal, local, wild mushroom varieties. Delve into identification methods and toxic look-a-likes. And even pick up some proper cleaning and cooking techniques!
