Concordia joins the worship planning team at St. John’s Lutheran Church to prepare a musically resplendent liturgical worship service for the Second Sunday of Easter. The Concertato Ensemble consists of choral and instrumental students and alumni with an emphasis on the American Lutheran concertato tradition (festive hymn settings for organ, voices, instruments, and congregation.) Concordia musicians share in music ministry on this day in appreciation for the Dr. William J. Heide Church Music Scholarship Endowment.
