Put some SPRING in your step and FLING those hands in the air - it’s time for Blue Bear’s Music & Movement class!
Your children will have so much fun creating sounds and rhythms with their own bodies, rocking out to familiar and new songs, and exploring their talking and singing voices. Through play-oriented activities and songs, Teacher Bethany encourages children to move creatively and explore gesture and space. There is lots of jumping, bouncing, spinning, moving, grooving and playing in this class!
Bethany Mitchell brings together her professional ballet training and her many years experience teaching Little Bears and youth dance in this wonderful Music & Movement class.
Blue Bear School of Music is San Francisco’s Original School of Rock, since 1971. A nonprofit since the beginning, Blue Bear loves nothing more than bringing the life-changing power of music beyond our Fort Mason Campus, offering free and low-cost classes in underserved schools and community centers throughout San Francisco.
