Description

The first in a series, this workshop will focus on musical audition basics. You will learn what to expect at a musical audition so you can be better prepared. We will discuss techniques to improve song selection, what to expect from a dance call, what it is like to sing with an accompanist, and practice cold reads. This is a low stress opportunity to gain experience at auditioning.

Attendees are required to bring their song(s) selection for an upcoming audition.

Workshop Lead: Ryan Stem

Attendance at this workshop is not required to audition for any CEC production. Additionally attendance at this workshop does not guarantee casting in any CEC production.
