My Son The Hurricane is coming out to bring their jazz-funk tunes to the Tweed Outdoor Stage on September 24th! A multi-horn, multi-drummer, multi-singer brass funk beast from Niagara, ON, this 12-piece brass-dance crew has toured over multiple countries and played some of Canada, USA and Europe’s biggest festivals.
The members are Jacob Bergsma as Emcee, Sylvie Kindree on vocals, Victoria Cox on baritone saxophone, Kristen Prince on tenor saxophone, trombonists Justin Williams, Craig Darling, and Alyssa Shanghai, Lisa Gudgeon and Raphaël Désilets on trumpet, Chris Sipos on guitar, Cooper Hannahson on percussion, bassist Fraser Gauthier, Ashlee Standish rocking the keys, and drummer/bandleader Danno O'Shea. They had 45 sold out shows in 2022 and a viral video with 6.5 million views in a week...proving that there is no live show like My Son The Hurricane! The band dares you not to dance! This year, they'lll take on an over 70 date Canada, United States and Europe-wide tour and share the stage with acts like Foo Fighters, Jason Isbell and Colin James.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: There are two ticket options, VIP, and GENERAL.
VIP SEATING $30.00+HST (120 Available): VIP ticket holders will receive access to the priority seating area at the very front of the stage. VIP ticket holders will also skip the line and have a priority entrance area. IN THE EVENT OF RAIN: VIP tickets will transfer directly to the Marble Arts Centre, and the performance will proceed that evening as planned, indoors. ONLY VIP TICKETS WILL TRANSFER TO THE INDOOR VENUE.
GENERAL SEATING $25.00+HST (380 Available): General ticket holders will have general seating access to the field in front of the outdoor stage. BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET OR CHAIR. There will also be the option to rent a lawn chair if you don't have one. Field seating will be first come first served on the day. IN THE EVENT OF RAIN: All general seating tickets will be refunded. (Back to your card minus fees, or to a gift card)
THIS CONCERT IS A LICENSED EVENT. Parking at the stage is limited. We strongly recommend walking to the concert if you can. There are also several municipal parking lots within walking distance.
