Ticket Purchasing Questions:
Q: What days are the shows and where is it happening?
A: My Soul To Take: Unhinged will take place in Los Angeles at The Hudson Theatre in two runs: October 16-17 @ 8PM and October 20-21 @ 7:30.
Q: How much do tickets cost?
A: Reserved VIP tickets are $109 + Taxes and Processing Fees. General Admission tickets are $69 + Taxes and Processing Fees
Q: Is there reserved seating?
A: The first row of seats in the theatre are reserved VIP assigned seating. The rest of the theatre is general admission and unassigned.

Q: How many total VIP tickets are available for each show?
A: 21
Q: What is included in the VIP package?
A: Your experience includes:

Q: Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?
A: No.
Q: Can I buy tickets for more than one night in the same order, or do I need to checkout separately?
A: Tickets for more than one night can be purchased at the same time. To do so, please click on the “Select Other Events” button on the bottom of an event page after you have added a seat to your cart. After you have selected your seats for all events, click on the “Checkout Now” button.
Q: How long will I have to check out before my seats are released to be purchased by someone else?
A: Your tickets will be held for 10 minutes.
Q: Help! My ticket was in my cart and it disappeared!
A: Tickets are first come, first serve and will only be held for 10 minutes before they are returned to the available seating pool.
Q: Can I buy a ticket for a friend and transfer the name later?
A: Yes. There is also an option upon checkout to send the ticket to another e-mail. If you need to change the name on a ticket, please contact us for assistance. Please note that the ticket purchaser is responsible for distributing tickets to their guests in person at the event. To avoid confusion at check-in, we kindly ask that you do not forward the PDF containing all tickets via email to multiple recipients.
Q: Will there be physical tickets? How will I know if my order went through?
A: Yes. Upon checkout, you will get a confirmation order e-mail with a PDF attached with your ticket. Check the box on the website during checkout if you would also like to have a copy sent to your phone. If you do not see an order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you have still not received an e-mail within 20 minutes, reach out to us at contact@mysoultotakeshow.com.
Q: Why does my ticket have a QR code?
A: Bring your ticket with you to the event for easy check-in! Tickets will be required for show entry.
Q: If I buy tickets to more than one night, will they all be on the same ticket or separate ones?
A: If purchased at the same time, every ticket will be in the same PDF, however each show will have its own separate ticket on a different page in the PDF. You will only receive one e-mail per checkout with all your tickets.
Q: Can I add the event to my Google or Yahoo! calendar?
A: Yes. Look for the option to add to your calendar in the confirmation e-mail.
Q: Can I add my digital ticket to my Google or Apple wallet?
A: Yes. Check the option to also text your order to the provided phone number to easily add your ticket to your mobile wallet. There is also an option to add tickets later in the e-mail that you will receive with a PDF version of your ticket.
Q: If I cannot come to the show, is there a refund policy?
A: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, or personal circumstances. In the event of show cancellation (not postponement), refund procedures will be communicated by the official ticketing platform. Q: Can I cancel my order after purchase?
A: All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
My Soul To Take: Unhinged Show Questions:
Q: How many shows are there? Are they different?
A: As a duology, there are two unique shows that will run twice each over four days. The same show will run October 16th/20th and October 17th/21st.
Q: Do I need to see both shows for it to make sense?
A: No. Each show can be enjoyed as a standalone experience.
Q: I’m new to the My Soul To Take (MSTT) universe! Do I need to read or listen to past MSTT shows to understand this year’s show?
A: No. Every season of My Soul To Take is a unique storytelling experience. If you would like to listen to past seasons, live audio recordings are available now! Check out www.mysoultotakeshow.com for more information. A hardcover book edition of My Soul To Take: Live and Untethered, My Soul To Take: Bound, is also available for purchase.
Q: Will merch be available at the shows?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I bring something to be signed at the show?
A: No. Due to the size of the theatre, we cannot accommodate space for items to be signed.
Q: Will there be afterparties or additional fun activities with this year’s show?
A: Yes! Check back at www.mysoultotakeshow.com for more information as it becomes available. If you are planning a trip to Los Angeles and would like to go to bonus events, we suggest planning to stay a few days after the first two shows or arriving a few days early before the last two.
Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: All shows are 18+.
Q: How long is the show?
A: Approximately 90 minutes.
Q: Is there an intermission?
A: No.
Q: Is there a dress code? Can we wear costumes?
A: Guests are welcome to attend in themed or inspired attire.
However:
- Face coverings, masks, or obscured identities are not permitted during check-in or throughout the performance.
- Costumes may not include props, weapons (real or replica), or items that obstruct views or pose safety concerns.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to costumes deemed unsafe or disruptive.
Q: Are photos or recording allowed during the show?
A: No photography, flash photography, video recording, or audio recording is permitted at any time during the performance. Mobile devices must be silenced prior to curtain. Any guest found recording or photographing the performance may be removed without refund.
Q: Will there be a meet and greet or a chance to get autographs or photos after the show?
A: Joe Arden will not be signing items at any performance. Guests are kindly asked not to bring books, memorabilia, or personal items for signing, as signing will not take place before, during, or after the show.

Q: What time do doors open?
A: Box Office opens one hour before show time. House opens 15 minutes before show time.
Q: Will I need my ticket to get into the show?
A: Yes. Please bring a digital or paper copy of your ticket so we can scan it and check you in on our guest list!
Q: Is the theatre wheelchair accessible?

Q: How do I get to the theatre?
A: The theatre is located at 6539 Santa Monica Blvd in Hollywood, CA. It is four blocks East of Highland Ave and five blocks West of Vine. The theatre is located on the North side of Santa Monica Blvd. at the corner of Hudson Ave. at the gateway to Theatre Row Hollywood. Please see the map below for more on Theatre location.
Q: Is there parking near the theatre?
A: There is a valet service for shows. Cars pay $15. Valet starts about an hour before showtime. Prior to that, the parking lot is assigned spaces only. Please read all signs when street parking. There’s street sweeping on many of the streets on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am-1pm, which cuts down on available street parking. Please refer to the map below for parking.

Q: Are drinks allowed in the theatre?
A: In the Hudson Theatre Coffee Shop audiences can buy refreshments and enjoy a cozy environment before the show. No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the theatre.
Q: Are bags and purses allowed in the theatre?
A: Theatre space is limited.
- Large bags, oversized purses, and backpacks are not permitted.
- All bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.
- Guests are encouraged to bring only small personal items necessary for the evening.
