NARPA 2026 Annual Rights Conference: New Orleans, Louisiana

Join us for the NARPA 2026 Annual Rights Conference in Huntsville, AL. 

This historic conference will provide a platform for thought leaders, activists, and experts in human rights protection and advocacy to discuss and disseminate ongoing legal trends in the rights protection of those with psychiatric diagnoses to discover and devise strategies to protect individual rights and promote social justice for those with a psychiatric diagnosis.

NARPA’s mission is to support people with psychiatric diagnoses to exercise their legal and human rights, with the goals of abolishing forced treatment and ensuring autonomy, dignity, and choice.

NARPA exists to promote social justice for people who experience the world in ways society often calls “mental illness" by promoting alternatives to coercive and harmful practices and working to ensure rights advancement through education, advocacy, policy recommendations, and expert legal counsel.
