Purchasing your Admission ticket online is helpful for planning your visit, but you can always purchase admission in person, on arrival at the Front Desk.

Add-On: Guided Tours
Make your visit memorable! Experience a tour of the current exhibitions and NQM Collection quilts, led by an NQM staff member or a volunteer, and learn more about how the quilts are made, their unique back stories, and inspirations of the artists.
Guided tours are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11am and last approx. 45 minutes. Tours are an additional cost of $10 per person (12 & Under Free with Adult). Your guide will meet you at the Atrium doors in the lobby. Tour tickets can be purchased with Admission online in advance, or on arrival at the front desk.

How will I receive my Admission ticket?
You will receive your ticket by email along with helpful information about your visit. You will need to bring this email with you, either on a mobile device or as a printout. If you have purchased your ticket, but did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find your ticket, please email info@quiltmuseum.org or call 270-442-8856.
Do I need to print my ticket?

Do I need to arrive at a certain time to use my ticket?
Not for general admission. Tickets are valid for the date purchased during operating hours: Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm and Sundays 1-5pm, Central Time. You may use your purchased ticket for entry anytime within our listed hours. If you've added-on a Guided Tour ticket, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
What time do I need to arrive for my Guided Tour?
Guided tours are offered at 11am Central Time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
What to do if I arrive and the museum and cannot find my ticket?
If you are unable to find your email on your mobile device, please first check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find your ticket, a Guest Experience staff member will be able to help you confirm your purchase with your photo ID, email address and date of purchase.
How long should I allow for a visit to the museum?
We recommend that you set aside two hours, but of course you are welcome to stay longer.
What should I do when I arrive at the museum?
Please ensure that you have your ticket with you, preferably on your mobile device. Be prepared to present it upon entry. Restrooms and The National Quilt Museum Gift Shop are accessible upon arrival.
Is there a charge for parking at the museum?
No, parking is free at The National Quilt Museum. If the museum lot is full, there are free City of Paducah parking lots and street parking within walking distance of the museum.
Is the museum accessible to visitors with mobility needs?
Yes, the main entrance of the museum and all areas within the museum are accessible by wheelchair.
If I am unable to visit, may I return my ticket for a refund?
