Join Yoga instructor Liza, and farm founder Sophia for this immersive day retreat. Enjoy the farm during peak bloom, this special time of year enhances the practice of yoga and meditation with a surge of healing, natural energy from blooming lavender. Become more aware of your own energetic field, by practicing in nature.
The day will commence with a welcome message from the farm’s founders introducing their work, in tune with the land to foster a creative and healing environment.
Spend the day moving among secluded areas of the farm, beginning with a restorative yoga and meditation practice in the Bamboo Forest. Then back into the sunny lavender field for energy work with blooming lavender plants. Experience drawing healing energy into and through your body, during grounding exercises.
We will break for a locally sourced picnic lunch.
In the afternoon we will delve into growing herbs for mindful self-care, bringing nature into your daily practice. Then into the forest for a quiet walk and stimulating breathwork session. We will close with a fire ceremony and lavender tea.
What to bring;
A yoga mat and a blanket to picnic or roll to sit on during meditation. Comfortable walking shoes that can be easily removed, a refillable water bottle, a notebook with pages that can be removed and a pen. You may want a hat and sun protection and sunglasses.
Disclaimer: There are inherent dangers in outdoor events and activities. Farms differ from parks in that they do not have the same level of maintenance and landscaping, and the terrain is more rugged. Soleado Lavender Farm, as well as event organizers along with their affiliates and volunteers cannot be held responsible for injury or other mishap associated with these activities.
Weather policy: Class will be held rain or shine. Class will only be canceled if there are unsafe weather conditions, in the event of “acts of god,” health or safety mandates or if the instructor is incapacitated.
Tickets are nonrefundable, in the event of class being canceled, you will receive store credit that can be redeemed for future classes or farm products.
