We’ll start with Rhode Island–style clam chowder — a light, broth-based version that’s packed with fresh clams and herbs. Then it’s onto the iconic lobster roll, served simply on a buttered bun with lemon and herbs. For dessert, you’ll bake a warm blueberry cobbler bursting with peak-season berries and topped with a golden, biscuit-style crust. Class Experience & Format
This class is fully hands-on—this is not a demonstration or group-cooking experience. You'll prepare and enjoy your own meal from start to finish.
When you arrive, we'll welcome you into our dining room and offer you a drink from the bar (2 drinks per person included!). After a brief introduction, you'll head to your assigned station, where our chef instructor will guide you through the menu, step-by-step. Once the cooking is complete, you'll return to the dining room to enjoy the meal you've created. Any leftovers will be packaged for you to take home.
We provide all ingredients, equipment, and cleanup, so you can focus on learning, cooking, and having fun. Whether you're planning a date night, gathering with friends, celebrating with family, or simply looking to try something new, our classes offer a fun and memorable experience for cooks of all skill levels.
