Create an artwork that combines a natural object (shell, feather, flower, etc) with reflections, information, your thoughts, words, drawing, painting, collage…it’s all open to you! The small size brings an intimacy and focus- creating a meditative experience. Enjoy a fun process that allows you to explore meaning, memories, wishes, and hopes, developing a meditative experience to take home or give as a special gift.
This 3-hour session can be taken multiple times. All materials, including the box frame, are included!
Cynthia Cutting has been an art educator since her teenage years, teaching all age groups, in all types of venues, in schools, and in communities. Her teaching strength is her ability to listen to her students, meet them where they are, and facilitate positive and fulfilling art experiences. As a local eco artist, Cynthia works with natural and repurposed materials, often combining them with traditional art mediums. Her focus for many years has been in connecting people to nature through artmaking.
