Energetic Release & Rooted Flow Movement
Join us under the energy of the new moon for a grounding evening of reflection, release, and intention setting. This outdoor gathering will take place in the park, allowing us to connect with nature while working with the powerful symbolism of the lunar cycle. We will meet in the parking lot near the dog park (Edwards Street Entrance) and walk together to find the perfect spot.
The new moon represents a time of fresh beginnings. It invites us to let go of old patterns, beliefs, and energies that no longer serve us while opening space for new intentions to grow.
During this circle we will begin with a gentle energetic release practice to help clear emotional tension and reconnect with the body. From there, we will move into a guided manifestation meditation designed to help you clarify what you want to invite into your life during the coming lunar cycle.
We will also practice Rooted Flow Movement, a simple form of intuitive movement that encourages you to move your body in whatever way feels natural. This practice helps release stored emotions, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner guidance.
No dance or meditation experience is necessary. The focus is not on performance but on presence, awareness, and allowing your body to move freely.
This experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and connected to your intentions.
