In this demonstration-style cooking class, we’ll bring the flavors of the Big Easy to life as our chef walks you through a delicious Southern-inspired menu. You’ll watch, learn, and pick up tips and techniques you can easily recreate at home—all while enjoying the food and festive atmosphere.
From savory Creole flavors to classic New Orleans favorites, this is a supper club filled with great food, good company, and plenty of Southern charm.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Demonstration The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: First floor.
Allergies: We cannot accommodate shellfish or gluten-free allergies
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
