Kick off the new year with movement, mindfulness, and a whole lot of puppy love. 🧘‍♀️🐾
Join us Saturday, January 24 at 10:30 AM for Puppy Yoga — the feel-good reset you didn’t know you needed.

Led by the always-welcoming Nikki Terry, this all-levels yoga class blends gentle, traditional poses with the joyful chaos of a playful puppy pack. Throughout the session, adoptable pups from Billie’s Buddies & Halfway There Rescue, plus friends from Fighting Chance Ranch and Rescue, will roam, cuddle, and bring plenty of smiles — reminding us all to stay present, lighthearted, and open-hearted as we head into the new year.

The class begins promptly at 10:30 AM and lasts about one hour. Your ticket includes a FREE 10oz draft beer after class. Prefer non-alcoholic? We’ve got soda available, or enjoy 50% off other NA options like kombucha or NA beer upon request.

A few things to know before you flow:

  • Bring your own yoga mat & water bottle — mats are required and hydration is key.
  • Arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in so we can start right on time.
  • Waiver required — all participants must sign a waiver before joining the session.
  • Please leave your own dog at home — this experience is all about interacting with the rescue pups attending the class.
  • Can’t make it? This event sells out quickly and only happens quarterly. If plans change, let us know so we can refund your ticket and open a spot for someone else.
