Be part of our new annual New Years Eve tradition at the Sunnyside Theatre!   Featuring all events we offer at the Sunnyside in one Grande Showcase the schedule is below:

7pm - 9pm  OPEN MIC: 

To kickoff the the night we are opening the mic to showcase any performers up on the Sunnyside's stage! All artists from Poets, Singer Songwriters, Singers (Karaoke options), actors, comedians, magicians and more!

9pm - 10pm COMEDY SHOW HEADLINING BRENT LOWERY

Featuring Imani Denae & Nathanial Greene this crew will keep you rolling into the New Year with laughs to last you all through 2023!

10PM - 11PM LIVE MUSIC: FAIRWEATHERFRIEND:

An American emo pop-rock band that displays heartfelt and emotional lyrics backed by passionate vocals and emotive musical choices.

11PM - MIDNIGHT LIVE MUSIC: THY FAREWELL:

A 5 piece metal band from Northern California and Southern Oregon. A unique blend of metal and groove, the band creates their own sound in the metal world!

MIDNIGHT - 2:30AM DJ UNCLE LUC:

The remainder of the night we are keeping the night bumping with the infamous DJ Uncle Luc setting the vibes in the New Year of 2023!

The SunnySide Theatre

The Sunnyside Theatre is located in the historic 1909 masonic lodge and features the oldest bar top on the west coast.  The main bar is made up of three hand carved, mid-18th century square grand pianos that are unlike any bar you've ever seen and older then the statue of liberty.  With 1920's upright piano tables framing the original red brick wall, it gives off a rustic ambience that is truly one of a kind.   Brass trumpets, french horns, saxophones and trombones are suspended from the ceiling as light fixtures along with other refurbished instrument decor.  The rustic timber adds a warm touch to the art deco atmosphere, adding unforgettable elements to any performance.

We are artists of humanity, and masterpieces in our own right.  Our art isn’t limited to the classes we take, but rather who they can help us become.  Confidence, happiness, bravery, and creativity are our focus, and we are pleased to invite you on our journey on The SunnySide of life.
