Description

Reservations are required for trips to Hershey Park.
All tickets are good for use on the date of issue only. All round trips sold are same day round trips.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled. We are not responsible if Hershey Park closes the park early for any reason.
Passengers should be at the pickup 15 minutes before departure. Passengers will not be refunded if they miss the bus.
This service operates based on passenger demand. If there are not enough people, it will not operate.

*If trips are combined or rescheduled more than one hour, it is eligible for a refund. This does not include traffic delays.
*If a trip is cancelled due to low passenger demand, all tickets on that trip will be refunded.

A ticket booked in advance is a seat guarantee unless otherwise stated. If you are not ready to board the vehicle 10 minutes before departure, your seat is no longer guaranteed.

We are not responsible for issues at any theme park or other destination. In some cases, we will allow you to switch dates if the weather is bad on an amusement park service.
